By purchasing the Yampah Weekday Vapor Cave Pass Membership, you agree to these Membership Terms & Conditions and all current Yampah Spa & Vapor Caves policies.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
This membership includes unlimited Vapor Caves access Monday through Friday, subject to reservations, availability, and capacity limits.
SIX-MONTH TERM / MONTHLY BILLING
This is a six-month commitment billed monthly. The membership does not automatically renew. After the six-month term ends, you must re-enroll to continue membership benefits, subject to then-current pricing and terms.

MONTHLY SERVICE EXPIRATION AND NO ROLLOVER
Your monthly spa service must be scheduled and completed within the same membership month in which it is issued. Unused monthly services expire monthly and do not roll over, bank, or accumulate.
BOOKING AND ACCESS RULES
Reservations are required for all visits and services, and walk-ins are not guaranteed. Membership benefits are valid Monday through Friday only and are not redeemable on weekends. Benefits may also be restricted on holidays if Yampah designates those dates as weekend or holiday access restrictions. Yampah may set reasonable booking limits to prevent schedule blocking and to protect availability for all guests.
NON-TRANSFERABLE
This membership is valid only for the named member and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or gifted after purchase. Photo identification may be required at check-in to verify membership eligibility.
CLOSURES AND OPERATIONAL CHANGES
Membership access is available only when Yampah is open and may be limited or unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, weather, staffing, private events, or safety needs. Closures or access limitations do not qualify for refunds, credits, extensions, or prorations.
NO REFUNDS AND FINAL SALE
All membership sales are final and non-refundable. This membership has no cash value, may not be redeemed for cash or credit, may not be paused, and may not be extended beyond the stated term except where required by law.
PAYMENT FAILURE
If a monthly payment fails or is declined, membership benefits may be suspended until the account is brought current. Reinstatement may require payment of any past-due amounts and a reactivation fee of up to $100. Nonpayment may result in cancellation of membership and restriction of future purchases and services as permitted by law.
SPA POLICIES AND MEMBERSHIP WAIVER
All membership use remains subject to Yampah Spa & Vapor Caves safety rules, guest guidelines, and all other policies in effect at the time of use. Members will be required to sign a full membership waiver with complete terms and details at their first check-in after signing up for the membership.
