By purchasing or using the Yampah Annual Vapor Caves Membership (2026) (“Membership”), you acknowledge and agree to Yampah Spa & Vapor Caves’ standard policies, waivers, and guest guidelines, and the following Terms & Conditions: The Membership is a limited-time offer available for purchase only through January 31, 2026 (while supplies last). Membership provides unlimited Vapor Caves access from the date of purchase through December 31, 2026 and is valid only on days Yampah Spa & Vapor Caves is open, and is always subject to capacity limits, scheduled and unscheduled closures, maintenance, repairs, private events, weather, staffing, safety concerns, and other operational needs; such closures or restrictions do not qualify for refunds, credits, extensions, or prorations. Reservations are required for every visit (walk-ins are not guaranteed), and admission is subject to availability at the time of booking/check-in; Yampah may also set reasonable limits on how many future reservations a member may hold at one time to prevent schedule blocking and protect availability for all guests. The Membership is valid only for the named member, is non-transferable, may not be shared, gifted after purchase, resold, or assigned to another person; photo ID may be required to verify membership and Yampah may deny entry if identity cannot be verified. The Membership includes Vapor Caves admission only and does not include other services or purchases (including but not limited to private mineral baths, massage/body treatments, upgrades, retail, taxes, fees, or gratuities) unless expressly stated in writing. Members must arrive on time and comply with all rules and posted signage; no-shows, repeated late arrivals, disruptive behavior, or failure to follow policies may result in denied entry, loss of booking privileges, temporary suspension, or termination of Membership benefits without refund, in Yampah’s sole discretion. Memberships are final sale and non-refundable, have no cash value, may not be redeemed for cash or credit, and cannot be paused, extended, or carried into 2027; unused access is forfeited after expiration. Yampah reserves the right to update hours, pricing, access procedures, and operational policies at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of current policies. Any suspected misuse or fraud (including sharing access, impersonation, reselling, or policy violations) may result in immediate termination without refund and may be subject to additional action as permitted by law.
